Team Positions & Roles

• Skip has sole control of the team.
• Number 3 measures, unless agreement with the opposition to allow another player to measure. (Number 2 in Triples).
• Number 2 keeps record of the score and completes the scorecard.
• Number 1 (Lead) places the mat and casts the jack before bowling the first shot.
• Do not enter the Head unless you're playing position allows you to.
• Rollup and club competition games should follow the above order of play. ** NOTE: Order of play can be changed for County and National games only.
